I remember being this age like it was yesterday! It’s an exciting age, but also a scary one with many potential academic, career, financial and family responsibilities presenting itself in ways you did not necessarily expect and prepare yourself for. This “launching” period in your life can make you miss the simplicity and naiveté of your childhood.

Young adults, whether in or out of school, are often affected by numerous stress-inducing problems.  When in school, you have a great deal of academic responsibilities.  When out in the work force, you are still establishing yourself.

Maybe you are both a student and working at the same time?  Maybe you are stuck and don’t know which way to go?  Either way, family and financial responsibilities are piling up.

I truly enjoy guiding young adults in figuring out life goals for relationships, work, and lifestyle, as well as for other responsibilities of adulthood.
