Van is dedicated to creating visibility to all intersections of one’s identity. Van helps people navigate both their interpersonal and/or intrapersonal relationships. Van is dedicated to social justice and aims to help people learn to advocate for themselves and trust that we are the expert of yourself. Van believes it is vital to cultivate an awareness of our strengths, specifically the resilience as one discovers ourselves through compassionate dialogue.

Van believes that Van’s role is to create a safe space of people to explore all aspects of themselves and leaning into self-trust while cultivating skills to help people validate their own experience(s). Van uses a multicultural trauma-informed lens and help bring the different intersections of one’s identity(ies) so that the person/people can feel and the best version of themself(ves). Van uses a collaborative approach to help live the life you want and working together to reduce symptoms, improve performance, and cultivate skills to help deal with discomfort, pain, and strengthen one’s resilience.
