Evelyn Robarts


Master of Arts Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego, 2014
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University, 2009


Evelyn has done her clinical training in psychotherapy at UCSD Hillcrest in the Department of Reproductive Medicine where therapists collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and other medical professionals to treat a variety of mental health issues for patients and their families. The opportunity to work within the realm of Reproductive Medicine has also allowed Evelyn to advocate for the screening and treatment of perinatal and post partum mood and anxiety disorders.

Evelyn’s experience as both a nurse and a therapist gives her a unique open-minded perspective in empathetically addressing issues for clients in both short-term and long-term therapy. She has specialized skills working in the areas of maternal and reproductive mental health, trauma, couples in transition, attachment and the pressures facing young adulthood.

Evelyn is currently practicing at Sara Cloostermans’ private practice and in the Reproductive Mental Health Clinic through UCSD.
